GUIDELINES FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATIONS


Presentation by electronic projection will be the Conference standard.  Other presentation methods will require advance coordination.  Include special requests in the email message accompanying your abstract submittal.

The Conference will support presentations using Microsoft Power Point and *.pdf files.

Invited oral presentations will be 40 minutes in length – including 5 minutes for questions.

Contributed oral presentations will be 20 minutes in length – including 3 minutes for questions. 

Poster Boards are 8 feet wide x 4 feet tall. Attach your poster to the board that has the corresponding number of your paper. Push pins will be provided.

Presenters can expect their accepted Abstracts to be available in an Abstract Book distributed at Registration.  See Guidelines for Technical Papers for additional information.

GUIDELINES FOR TECHNICAL PAPERS


Bring your final manuscript to the Conference, both in paper form and digital form. A CD is the preferred medium. Please provide both a *.pdf and MS Word file (with figures, tables, etc., embedded and formatted) with filename in format "authorname.pdf". We will verify compatibility during the Conference.
